Rewild | A Field of Remembering | Sayulita, Mexico

Come along to Mexico with Joanna Benevides and me for a week long immersive journey of awakening. Located in the coastal Riviera Nayarit, above the Pacific Ocean on 12 acres of private land sits Haramara, a secluded seaside yoga resort that offers a potent and beautiful coexistence with nature.

The retreat gives us time to blend yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, dance, creative arts and other practices to find connection to the physical, emotional and energetic body. Each day will be specifically curated to offer you rich experiences, personal insight and supportive integration techniques to take with you.

The resort offers additional activities to book including a sweat lodge, holistic body work, energy healing and an array of spa services. Additionally, past years we have gone on whale watches, visited the neighboring towns of Saylita, surfed, hiked, rode horses, snorkeled or just relaxed by the salt water pool or ocean.
